Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic director of the brand new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 through 2019. She's been a board member of SSC from 2011. As Artistic Director for SSC she also served as SSC's music director/composer and tutor of the text. However, she mostly directed from within the actors' ensemble, during her final year, she made her debut as a director (and lighting designer) with SSC's King Lear.
